Admission and term
EUBF reviews eligibility and may request further evidence. Approval takes effect after acceptance of the rules and payment. Membership runs for 12 months from activation.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records, notify material changes within 30 calendar days and represent your status honestly. Directory information is published only under the agreed disclosure settings.
Renewal and departure
Renewal requires current eligibility and settlement of the annual fee. You may resign or let membership expire. Remove membership marks when the entitlement ends.
Review of conduct
Substantiated breaches may lead to corrective action, suspension or termination following the relevant procedure. Decisions include reasons and information about any right of appeal. Statutory member rights remain governed by the statutes.
A conduct decision must relate the concern to an applicable requirement and the evidence considered. The member has an opportunity to respond under the relevant procedure. Where a decision changes membership or the right to use a mark, the notice explains its effect so that account information and public statements can be updated consistently.
