Ways to contribute
Discuss a restricted project contribution, an unrestricted contribution or suitable in-kind support. The agreement records its purpose, value, responsibilities and reporting arrangements.
A project contribution is linked to an agreed purpose and the costs of delivering it. In-kind support may involve materials, facilities or professional time, but its usefulness depends on the project’s needs and delivery arrangements. Explain what you can provide and any conditions attached; the support enquiry allows these matters to be considered before a commitment is made.
Acceptance and independence
EUBF reviews the source and conditions of support. Contributions must be compatible with the association’s purposes. They do not purchase recognition, an award or a governance appointment.
Use of funds
Restricted support is used for the agreed purpose. Material changes require agreement or the return of uncommitted funds as specified in the terms. Costs of administration are disclosed.
Before contributing
Request the project terms and payment instructions through the support enquiry. A contribution is not represented as tax-deductible without an applicable, documented basis.
