For a question about a published claim, include the page or document and the wording you want checked. For an existing application, explain the issue under its original reference rather than sending a new application. A complaint or appeal should use its dedicated form so the relevant procedure and deadline can be identified.
What happens next
You will receive confirmation that your enquiry has been recorded. The Secretariat will respond or explain the next step within five working days.
