Evidence and positions
Background material is distinguished from an adopted EUBF position. Positions identify supporting evidence, approval and material interests. External research remains the responsibility of its authors.
Participation
Consultations invite evidence and practical experience from defined audiences. Contributions are considered on their relevance and quality; participation does not guarantee adoption of a proposal.
