Access and participation
Contact the provider before enrolment about access needs, teaching formats or assessment arrangements. Reasonable adjustments should preserve the learning outcomes being assessed.
Delivery concerns
Raise timetable, materials, teaching or service issues with the provider first. Keep the course reference and correspondence. EUBF can consider matters within its recognition or programme responsibilities.
Assessment decisions
An appeal challenges an eligible assessment decision on the stated grounds. Dissatisfaction with a result alone does not establish an error. The applicable procedure explains evidence and deadlines.
Check who issued the decision and which procedure applies. A provider’s own assessment decision may need to follow that provider’s appeal route; EUBF’s procedure applies to eligible EUBF decisions. Keep the decision notice and its date, explain the relevant ground and identify the evidence that could affect the outcome. A general support enquiry does not replace a formal appeal.
Sensitive information
Submit only information relevant to the request. A secure channel will be provided where supporting material requires additional protection.
