Governance documents
The document register distinguishes statutes, adopted policies and programme rules. Each record identifies its version, approval date and responsible body.
Work and resources
Annual reporting describes activities, income categories, expenditure and programme results for a stated period. Restricted contributions are reported against their agreed purpose. Financial material states whether it has been independently reviewed or audited.
An allocation of funding is different from a payment, and a payment is different from a completed activity. Reading these separately shows what has been promised, what has been spent and what has been delivered. Where a report describes a benefit, its supporting evidence and limitations should be read alongside the financial information.
Funding and relationships
Material sponsorship and project support are disclosed with the work they support. Support does not entitle a contributor to favourable assessment or an award.
Corrections and enquiries
Contact the Secretariat if a record appears inaccurate or a document needs clarification. Corrections retain a record of what changed and when.
