Application evidence
Provide legal operator details, locations, activities, responsible personnel and the required quality documents. Education applications identify each programme and delivery method; practice applications identify each service and location.
Organise the evidence around the scheme requirements and explain what each document demonstrates. Where a document covers several locations or programmes, identify which parts apply to the requested scope. A clear link between the requirement and the evidence helps the assessor find relevant information and reduces uncertainty about what you are asking EUBF to recognise.
Scope and costs
EUBF checks scope and completeness before confirming the assessment arrangements. Review the written fee schedule, including any agreed travel or additional-site costs.
Consent and accuracy
Confirm authority to apply and permission to provide supporting records. Remove unnecessary personal information from sample evidence. Declare relevant relationships with potential assessors.
Following your application
Your reference gives access to requests, documents and decisions. An application or fee payment does not authorise a recognition claim. The final record determines any approved scope.
